Built on the foundation of the Trail series, the Pro adds a 2" lift, full Deaver leaf packs, and Pro Series Struts to create a system designed for the most demanding terrain. 2" Lift
The Arrow Pro raises your van approximately 2 inches over stock, allowing for larger tires and significantly improved ground clearance. The result is a more capable platform that handles rocks, potholes, and uneven terrain with confidence, while maintaining one of the smoothest rides available.

Why your van needs it
Unlike most vehicles, Sprinters leave the factory with suspension designed for an empty cargo van. Once converted into an adventure van, the added weight, especially over the rear axle, overloads the factory system. The result is collapsed leaf springs, reduced travel, and a van that is effectively riding on the bump stops. That means a harsh ride, poor control, and compromised safety.
One of the most noticeable side effects is the factory wind assist system triggering during crosswinds. When the suspension is out of its proper operating range, the van becomes unstable, often activating ABS in a way that feels abrupt and unsettling. Bringing the suspension back into its proper window solves this.

We have installed more Sprinter suspension systems than anyone, and that experience led to a simple conclusion. None of the existing options fully met our standards. So we built our own.
The Arrow Suspension was developed in partnership with Falcon, combining their shock engineering expertise with real world testing from our drivers and team. While many systems focus on external appearance, true performance comes from internal valving. That is where we invested the time. Months of testing, tuning, and refinement resulted in what we believe is the most balanced and capable Sprinter suspension available today.
Adjustable performance
On road and off road performance require very different characteristics. On pavement, you want control, feedback, and confidence. Off road, you need compliance, articulation, and traction.
The Arrow system features adjustable dampers that allow you to quickly tune the ride with a few clicks. From highway stability to dirt road comfort, the system adapts to how and where you drive.
Arrow Shocks - 4x adjustable Falcon piggyback reservoir aux dampers with three adjustment modes.
Arrow Pro Struts upgrade the OEM shocks for even better performance. Massive 3" inverted tube struts are also adjustable, giving you even better control of all that front end weight
Deaver Springs
The foundation of any great suspension is the spring, and getting it right on a Sprinter is critical.
We partnered with Deaver Spring, the industry leader in leaf spring technology. Their springs are designed to operate in the correct load range for your van, restoring proper ride height, improving control, and dramatically enhancing comfort. It is the kind of difference you feel the moment you pull out of the driveway.
Like all Owl products, these are built in the USA. No shortcuts. No overseas components.
Comes with: 2 Deaver three leaf mini packs that bolt to your existing leafs, substantially increasing the spring rate in the rear.
Upgrade: If you have a heavier build or simply want your entire spring system by Deaver, you can upgrade to two brand new leaf packs tuned to your vehicle's weight.

Every Arrow system includes a compound double shear rear shock bracket. The factory upper shock mount uses a single shear bolt, which can fatigue and fail over time. When that happens, it is not just inconvenient, it can leave you stranded and requires hours to repair.
We include the fix, our Compound Bracket, as standard because we do not believe safety should ever be optional.
Upgrade: Billet Pro Compound Bracket - For those who want the ultimate in form and function, we offer a billet version. Machined from a solid block of aluminum and anodized for durability, this overbuilt bracket is the only fully billet compound bracket available.
