Suspension Upgrades for the INEOS Grenadier

Owl carries three tiers of INEOS Grenadier suspension upgrades: Eibach Pro lift springs (available in 2.5-inch and 4-inch heights), Eibach Pro shocks, and the TrailFlo full suspension system. The Pro lift springs are a springs-only upgrade, a set of four, built in the USA, and covered by a million-mile warranty. Unlike a spacer lift, which stresses factory geometry, these are true performance springs designed from the ground up, with a progressive rate built to deliver smoother travel on-road and firmer control when off-road conditions demand it.

They're designed to raise ride height and open up fender clearance without touching the factory shocks. Pair them with Eibach's Pro shocks, and you get a direct OEM replacement damper, no modifications needed, engineered specifically for the extra travel a lifted Grenadier needs. The shocks use a P-Four piggyback design, and the factory driveshaft is compatible with the spring upgrade on its own, so a spring-only build doesn't require a driveshaft swap.

For a complete setup, TrailFlo pairs custom four-inch lift springs, developed with Eibach, the OEM spring supplier for the Grenadier, with shocks custom-tuned by off-road racer Dan Fresh, winner of the Baja 1000 and King of the Hammers. The system adds 10 inches of down travel for greater articulation over rough terrain and supports up to a 35-inch tire when paired with the four-inch lift and two-inch bump stop.

Down-travel refers to how far a wheel can drop below the chassis as the suspension extends. While most lift kits focus on raising a vehicle, TrailFlo's added down-travel is what actually unlocks off-road performance. The extra range helps each wheel move independently, absorbing dips and drop-offs for a smoother, more composed ride (even on rough trails), while keeping the van more stable and balanced over obstacles and off-camber terrain.

How Much Lift Do You Need?

Owl's lift springs come in two heights, Pro 2.5" and Pro 4". The Pro 2.5" kit adds +2.5" up front and +1.2" in the rear. The Pro 4" kit raises ride height further for owners running larger tires, with the exact front-to-rear split depending on the setup.

Eibach's Pro shocks are engineered to match suspensions with up to 2.5" of front lift and 1.2" of rear lift, which lines up with the Pro 2.5" springs. Compatibility with the Pro 4" springs depends on the specific build.

Tire size is what should drive the bump stop decision on TrailFlo specifically. Owl recommends a 1.5-inch bump stop for tires 33 inches or smaller, and a 2.0-inch bump stop for anything larger. Go with the four-inch lift and two-inch bump stop combination, and 35 inches is the largest tire the system supports.
