The AlphaRex LUXX-series projector headlights for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter are compliant with SAE and DOT FMVSS108 regulations, ensuring that they meet the highest standards for vehicle lighting. Additionally, they are certified to ISO-9000, ISO-9001, and ISO-9002.

Lens
Crafted from high-quality polycarbonate plastic, the AlphaRex LUXX-series projector headlights are designed to withstand extreme weather conditions while delivering exceptional lighting performance. To ensure optimal light output in all conditions, a layer of anti-fog agent to the headlight lens, reducing the risk of fogging and improving visibility. Additionally, there is another coating that protects against yellowing and oxidation, keeping your headlights looking like new for longer.
Housing
The AlphaRex LUXX-Series projector headlights are available in two different housing options: black and alapha-black. The black housing provides a sporty aesthetic that easily complements any color truck and front grill. On the other hand, the alapha-black housing is a special design that combines a glossy look with black paint, creating a unique and luxurious appearance for your vehicle.
Projectors
Both projectors in these headlights serve as low beams, with the outer LUXX projector acting as a dual-beam light source for high and low beams, while the inner diamond projector functions as a low beam.
