Owl Holiday Shipping and Returns: 2025

With the holidays fast approaching, it’s important to know Owl’s standard shipping policies so that you can receive your order in time for Christmas. Here are some key things to keep in mind:

We recommend that orders be placed no later than December 16, 2025 to receive your package by Christmas Eve.
- Only applies to in stock products.
- Only applies to products shipped directly by Owl.
- Shipping is paused from December 30, 2025 to January 4, 2026 as we do inventory.
- Parts are also unavailable for purchase at Owl Offroad locations from December 31, 2025 to January 4, 2026.
- Operations are closed on January 2, 2026.
- We ship via FedEx.
- While we do control when items ship, Owl is not responsible for packages that are delayed by the carrier.
Excluded Items
Estimated shipping dates do not apply to our dropshipped products. We partner with many companies to provide our customers with various accessories, tools, and gear for their adventure vehicles.
These products are shipped by the manufacturer and follow their own timeline. Please reach out to these companies directly if you have concerns about shipping times.
How do I know which products are dropshipped?
On the product page, look for the “Shipped from Vendor in 1 Week” box under the Add to Cart box.
What if I missed the shipping deadline?
If you were unable to complete your order by December 16th, we encourage you to order a gift card instead. Gift cards can be used for any product in our store.
Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we stand behind our products. Returns are accepted for 30 days from the purchase date. The products must be in new condition and arrive back at our facility in new condition. Parts that have been used or installed are not eligible for return. Returns and what constitutes an error or defect are at the sole discretion of Owl. In the scenario a mistake or manufacturing defect return is authorized by Owl, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Returns are not accepted on “custom” products or products with “custom colors” on standard products. Once a custom order is placed and work has begun, it is no longer cancelable.
Returns are not accepted on products that have been drilled or modified. This would include items like aluminum boxes that are drilled for mounting, etc.
Returns for reasons outside of manufacturing are at Owl's sole discretion. In the event a return is authorized, the customer will be responsible for packaging, insurance, and shipping costs. All refunds will be processed once the product is received back at the Owl offices in like-new condition and free from damage. Please email support@owlvans.com for a return authorization before shipping.
Stolen or lost packages that have been marked delivered or signed for are not Owl's responsibility. Owl will do its best to work with the customer to locate the packages.
Owl reserves the right to make small changes and updates to designs as needed. Therefore, products depicted in images may not be identical to current items.
Any modifications, damage, or holes drilled into a vehicle to mount or use an Owl product or third-party products are the sole responsibility of the owner. Owl will not refund, pay, repair, or make any sort of remedy for a modified vehicle in the event of a return.
