Disclaimer: Renntech tuner will occasionally need to be updated after servicing van at a Mercedes Benz dealership. Firmware updates to the Sprinter ECU can introduce codes that the Renntech doesn't recognize and will prevent the van from tuning successfully. Owl Vans offers free, complimentary updates for the lifetime of the tuner. Simply send the tuner back to us, we will update it and then send it back to you.
Note: No returns on Renntech Tuners. Due to the nature of installing a tune, any return or refunds would be at the sole discretion of Renntech. Returns on tunes are only accepted in situations where there is a problem that is unable to be resolved.
