This mount required no modification to your rig, and mounts in the same spot as the factory ladder. This is a great add-on to your Grenadier if you do not have the rear ladder, and are looking for a great place to mount a variety of accessories. GP designed the mount to be as low profile as possible so accessories like Rotopax and Propane tanks do not stick out past the spare tire. The mount is constructed of .125 Stainless Steel, with a durable Textured black powder finish. The Mount comes with a standard Rotopax Mounting pattern that can accept just about any Rotopax accessory, or other mounts (like our propane mount) that have that same pattern. The kit comes with spacers, specifically sized for each mounting hole. The spacers allow the mounting bracket to sit on the spacers , and not crush the rear door plastic panels or body on the bottom of the door. Included with the spacers for the mounting holes is a series of rubber O-rings to insure a proper fit to the factory mounting locations.
