At first, the Pedal Box made the van more responsive but didn't solve the power delivery curve issue. With the introduction of the Pedal Control 2.0, we can drastically smooth the power curve and eliminate the hesitation and abrupt power delivery of a factory Transit.
How does it work?
The modern Transit has a drive-by-wire throttle system. The engine must have a certain RPM level to spool up the turbo to add power. This is why there is a significant hesitation off the line, followed by a big wallop of power. The Pedal Control 2.0 interrupts and re-broadcast a new signal to the van's ECU. This allows you to adjust the throttle input electronically so that the Transit drives much more normally.
Theft Mode
A very useful new feature is Theft Mode. This allows the Pedal Control to interrupt the throttle signal to the vehicle. This means that the vehicle will turn on usually and run, but it cannot move. No matter how hard the throttle is pressed, the van's ECU will be sent a 0% throttle signal. Therefore, rendering the van undrivable. Turn theft mode on or off via the app. It is great for people who like to leave their keys hidden near their vans while they hike or bike. Please remember that no theft deterrent can guarantee your van is not stolen.
Installation
Simple installation with no permanent modifications to your van. Pedal Control 2.0 daisy chains easily between just above the throttle. It installs in about a minute or two. Then you download the app, and you can select the program best for you.
It does not affect the vehicle warranty and does not add any HP to the van. The product smooths the power delivery and makes the van more responsive to driver inputs.

The Pedal Control 2.0 has been carefully designed and rigorously tested. Please follow all installation instructions
- Turn off the ignition and wait five minutes.
- Loosen the plug connection from the original plug adapter.
- Attach both OEM connectors to the accelerator pedal sensor.
- Lay the cables so that they are securely installed and do not interfere with anything else.
- Relocate the Pedal Control to a suitable location.
- Launch the app from your smartphone.
- Pair your smartphone to the Pedal Control with the default PIN “123456”
Never install or remove with the ignition system active. Always switch off the ignition and wait 5 minutes for all electrical systems to power down and fully discharge. Some vehicles may require additional time to power down.
On most vehicles, the connection for the Pedal Control 2.0 is close to the accelerator pedal or the steering column. You must ensure that the Pedal Control and the associated wiring loom do not interfere with the pedal or steering operation and are secured at all times.

We want all customers to be happy with their purchases but in the event of a canceled order, we cannot recoup the fees charged to us by the credit card companies. When an order is placed, the credit card company takes a percentage of the sale, typically 5%-6% This is money that DOES NOT go to us and we do not get this charge given back to us when we refund an order. Therefore, if someone buys a suspension and then cancels, we pay the credit card company several hundreds of dollars that we cannot get back. Although you may not have noticed, it is industry standard for larger dollar items to have a "restocking fee" of 15% or more. We do our best to charge exactly what we get charged by the credit card company when you cancel an order. In the event of a canceled order, the 5%-6% that the credit card company charges us cannot be refunded. Please make note of this before you order.
