The new Owl Pismo bumper is a beautiful evolution of the Sprinter bumper. Compact, clean, and sleek while retaining an aggressive but factory look.

Manufactured of rugged steel, this bumper allows the mounting of a 12,000 lbs winch and adds dual recovery points and a hitch mount. 

Designed in partnership with one of the industry's largest bumper manufacturers means you can rest assured the quality and longevity are up to the toughest challenges. This bumper is bulletproof and you know Owl has put it to the test (breaking gear is our pastime!)

Can we also talk about how good it looks? Blending effortlessly into the lines of the Sprinter while adding just the right amount of toughness with a 1.875" bull bar. The Pismo protrudes only a few inches from the factory plastic bumper which gives it a more subtle look. 

Sensors:

The Pismo relocates both the radar sensor and the parking sensors and both should function like factory. Importantly, the radar sensor is mounted within, not above, the bumper as it is on other bumpers. The lower mounting keeps the sensor much closer to the factory height to ensure proper function.

Recovery: 

For those wanting to take their van off the beaten path, it is critical you have solid recovery points and a winch. As they say, prepare to self-rescue. Whether it is pulling yourself out of a sticky situation, or helping a stranded vehicle, once you have a winch, you won't know how you managed without one.

• *Vans with factory rear AC may have to make modifications to make the Pismo fit. (this is mainly for vans that started life as a passenger van and have a separate rear AC)

3500 & 2wd models (and some AWD models) - These model vans are missing two factory brackets, bolts, and welded-in nuts that are present on 4x4 models. To make the bumper safe these factory brackets must be professionally installed. Therefore these models require professional installation at either an Owl Offroad location or Owl dealer. Installation cost for these models at an Owl Offroad is $1200

Installation at Owl Offroad is an additional: $900 (includes winch installation and wiring). 3500 and 2wd is $1200
