STAGE 6.5 - VAN COMPASS™ STRIKER 4X4 SPRINTER 2" LIFT KIT WITH FALCON 3.3 FAST ADJUST SHOCKS AND FRONT SUMO SPRINGS (2007-CURRENT 2500 4WD SINGLE REAR WHEEL)

The Stage 6.5 aDAPT e-ADJUST suspension package is a revolutionary industry first brought to you by the team at Van Compass. The only place you can get fully active suspension for your 4wd Sprinter van. Yes, you read that right, the Falcon aDAPT e-ADJUST system is not only adjustable at the touch of a button from the drivers seat, but with the included computer module, this suspension package is fully active and automatically transitions the shocks from soft to firm in a fraction of a second depending on driver inputted G-thresholds, conveniently set using your smart phone and Falcon’s app. Combined with a front Sumo spring to increase the front spring rate, this kit transforms the Sprinter van driving experience from a simple, lumbering cargo van to a fully active, canyon carving, dirt road munching, adventure machine! Our Stage 6.5 kit is great for Revels, Storytellers, built up adventure vans, and passenger vans running looking for the ultimate upgrade. This kit builds on our Stage 2.5 kit by adding our Striker 4x4 lift front and rear. It lifts the van a true 2" for maximum ground clearance and the ability to fit much larger tires.
- There are three settings which can be selected from the in-cab control switch to adjust the shocks on the vehicle: Soft, Firm, Auto. In Auto setting, the aDAPT Control Module automatically switches from Soft to a manually preselected Firm setting based on driver selectable minimum “G” threshold. This G threshold and duration is selected using the Falcon app. Multiple preset “Auto” programs can be created and saved for different driving conditions.
- The aDAPT Control Module adjustment parameters are: forward acceleration, lateral acceleration, braking. Each parameter is set individually.
- The Firm mode duration can be set between 1-5 seconds.
- The desired Firm setting of the shock itself is preselected manually on each shock using the 8-position dial.
We are constantly striving for innovation and perfecting the ride quality of the 4wd Sprinter van platform. Over the years, we have found the key to optimum ride quality in all situations is not just a custom tuned shock package per customer, but the adjustability to change the shock’s damping profile easily to adapt to driving conditions and driver preference. A van that is racking up highway miles, loaded to the gills with all the adventure toys and amenities of home will want to have a firm but still compliant suspension set-up to deal with windy days, 2 lane highways with Semi’s ripping by, and twisty mountain roads. Take that same vehicle, and turn off the highway onto some rough forest roads in search of that high mountain lake or perfect creekside campsite, and having the suspension set to a softer setting for maximum compliance and control to keep the occupants comfortable with vehicle sway minimized. This new Electronic Falcon Shock package does all of that, within reach of the drivers seat!

Mini-Leaf pack vs Opti-Rate
Recently Van Compass developed a solid new offering for those that want the ultimate in adjustability as they modify their van. With the Mini-Leaf Pack you are going to be able to increase the spring rate of your van and drastically increase the ride. That said, you have to choose your sprint rate upfront. Now with the option of the Opti-Rate Full Spring Pack, you are able to use the Adjustable Preload Spacers (APS) to increase the spring rate if your increase the weight of your van. This means you can order your suspension and continue to add accessories and simply tune your suspension to support the new vehicle weight. More on Opti-Rate below
Opti-Rate Full Spring Pack:
Van Compass's Opti-Rate spring pack represents the culmination of over a decade spent tuning leaf springs for various ride heights, payloads, applications and uses. Built-out vans often suffer from harsh bottom-out due to the constant weight being carried and will drive very poorly overall. Previously, leaf springs had to be ordered to a specific weight range and lift height, which meant either guessing or waiting until completion to order parts. The Opti-rate spring gives new flexibility in tuning both your spring rate and ride height, all in one package.
With an industry-first tunable preload system, they have developed a spring that truly is a 'one size fits all' solution, perfect for van builders, kit installers, and DIY'ers building their vans step by step on their own. The Opti-rate spring is made up of 3 distinct parts: the main springs in the primary stage, a 3-leaf secondary stage, and the Adjustable Preload Spacers (APS). The Adjustable Preload Spacers are machined blocks with stackable delrin glide pads that preload the secondary stage into the main stage. The springs are designed in a way that there is a gap between the 2 stages, perfect for adding our billet machined APS. When the main spring is weighted, the APS are able to engage the primary and secondary stages together. Changing the preload spacers requires little more than a floor jack, socket wrench, and a mallet; the springs can stay in the vehicle.
For light vans, or customers wanting the softest ride, no APS is needed and the spring works in its softest configuration. Middle weight vans, or customers wanting a firmer rear spring rate and increased ride height can add the APS with 1 delrin spacer pad. Heavy vans, or customers wanting the maximum spring rate and ride height can install the APS with 2 Delrin spacer pads.
This spring is designed as a tunable solution, and as a way to correct spring rate. They have designed this spring to return the lost ride height without adding excessive lift. These springs are fully compatible with lift blocks and existing rear geometry correction components to allow for our 2" lift kits to work perfectly for those that want increased clearance and a more aggressive stance.
Installation additional. Owl Offroad cost: $3998 with Mini Leaf Pack. $4435.50 with Opti-Rate Spring Pack

Canceled Orders
We want all customers to be happy with their purchases but in the event of a canceled order, we cannot recoup the fees charged to us by the credit card companies. When an order is placed, the credit card company takes a percentage of the sale, typically 5%-6% This is money that DOES NOT go to us and we do not get this charge given back to us when we refund an order. Therefore, if someone buys a suspension and then cancels, we pay the credit card company several hundreds of dollars that we cannot get back. Although you may not have noticed, it is industry standard for larger dollar items to have a "restocking fee" of 15% or more. We do our best to charge exactly what we get charged by the credit card company when you cancel an order. In the event of a canceled order, the 5%-6% that the credit card company charges us cannot be refunded. Please make note of this before you order.
• All canceled orders over $1000 paid with a "Credit Card" will have a 5% credit card processing fee that cannot be returned.
• All canceled orders over $1000 paid with a "Shop Pay Installments" will have a 6% credit card processing fee that cannot be returned.
