Customer Experience Specialist (Customer Service and Inside Sales Hybrid position) Mesa, AZ

Owl is looking for a full-time Customer Experience Rep who will also assist our inside Retail sales and support department.

As part of our Customer Experience team, you will serve as the point of contact for customer questions and guide individuals on what products are right for them. This includes supporting their installation questions and problem-solving issues. Owl firmly believes in being a customer-focused brand and we provide all of our Customer Experience team members with the tools and autonomy needed to make customers happy. Daily tasks can range from scheduling an installation, answering product questions, taking online orders, or helping a frustrated customer feel well taken care of.   • Job Type: Full-time
  • Total comp:  Salary+Commission 80k-90k yearly.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of customer service experience or sales

  • Must have a positive attitude that comes across over the phone
  • Compliance with Drug-free Workplace Policy
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check upon offer of employment
  • Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
  • Ability to join the company at select van shows through the summer.
