Owl is looking for a full-time Customer Experience Rep who will also assist our inside Retail Sales and Support Department.

This is a huge opportunity for a dedicated individual who is enthusiastic about the outdoors and wants to share that passion with others. Skiing, Snowboarding, Mountain biking, off-roading, overlanding, camping, and paddle boarding, are all adventures our customers enjoy and we’re here to offer them the best products and experience so they can live their “VanLife,” to the fullest and “Explore More.”

As part of our Customer Experience team, you will:

  • Serve as the point of contact for customer questions
  • Guide individuals on what products are right for them.
  • Support their installation questions and problem-solving issues.

Daily tasks can range from

  • Scheduling an installation
  • Answering product questions
  • Taking online orders
  • Helping a frustrated customer feel well taken care of.

Pay: $65k salary
plus commission = $85k to $95k a year starting
