One of the biggest pain points with a built-out Sprinter is the undersized fuel tank. The whole point of an adventure van is to get off the beaten path. The problem is that every adventure seems to include constant fuel stops. Additionally, vans need more than 1/3 of a tank diesel for the heating system to run properly.
Fits Sprtiner 170" Crew Vans, Sanctuary, Tranquility, Entegra Launch, Jayco Terrain, 2020+ Revels with AGM and Lithium batteries, and any builds that have plumbing or interference behind the original fuel tank. With this larger fuel tank, you'll be able to get out and stay out longer, giving you more time to explore.
S&B Tanks are high-capacity direct replacements for the OE fuel tank. Allowing for almost double the fuel capacity, so you can go further and not waste time at the pumps. Let us fuel your adventure.
Even with more fuel on board, your fuel gauge will remain accurate thanks to S&B’s tank design. From full to empty you will always know how much fuel is in your tank. The distance to empty however will still be calculated based on the stock fuel capacity. For example, @ 20mpg and a full tank(47 gallons), you will have 940 miles to empty but your vehicle will show you have 480 miles to empty.

Important: The fuel gauge will only work accurately on vans with the J51 fuel gauge (optimized for aux. fuel tap). Please call S&B, send a message with your VIN, or consult with your installer to confirm if your van has J51.

We want all customers to be happy with their purchases but in the event of a canceled order, we cannot recoup the fees charged to us by the credit card companies. When an order is placed, the credit card company takes a percentage of the sale, typically 5%-6% This is money that DOES NOT go to us and we do not get this charge given back to us when we refund an order. Therefore, if someone buys a suspension and then cancels, we pay the credit card company several hundreds of dollars that we cannot get back. Although you may not have noticed, it is industry standard for larger dollar items to have a "restocking fee" of 15% or more. We do our best to charge exactly what we get charged by the credit card company when you cancel an order. In the event of a canceled order, the 5%-6% that the credit card company charges us cannot be refunded. Please make note of this before you order.
